Green Chemistry

Green chemistry is a recurring theme you will see in all our products. In fact, our corporate vision is for “A cleaner future using green chemistry”.

Green chemistry is a philosophy that uses innovative scientific solutions to help solve real-world environmental problems. It is the design of chemical products and processes that reduce or eliminate the use or generation of hazardous substances.

First mooted by Paul T. Anastas and John C Warner in 1991, the Twelve Principles of Green Chemistry.

Using the 12 Principles framework, green chemistry can be applied across the life cycle of a product from design, manufacture, use, and to its ultimate disposal and will result in both "Reducing Risk" as well as "Minimizing the Environmental Footprint".

Green chemistry is also known as sustainable chemistry. To know more about green chemistry, visit the following links
